I was called a "Mentor" by a Facebook friend of mine recently and it really got me thinking. What is a mentor? Am I really a mentor to someone? Recently I was speaking with a client of mine regarding integrity. The conversation had taken a stem from something that we were discussing and suddenly we found ourselves talking about the importance of integrity. We talked about honesty, vulnerability, transparency, accountability, and being direct. I also brought up the fact that integrity has a price.

Self-proclaimed gurus are cheating everyone by misrepresenting themselves. Everyone claims to be a Jack-Of-All-Trades but master of none. Being honest, having strong moral principles, and doing the right thing is practically non-existent on the internet. There is only a small portion of people that uphold to such integrity and those are becoming even harder to find.
Being resistant to temptations will make you stronger, more resilient and unstoppable. I’m a prime example of it and I want to share with you why you should consider it. This past weekend I was tested. Truly tested in the sense of how resistant I would be towards a temptation. About a year ago I finally made the executive decision that enough was enough. After 20+ years of being inactive and not taking my health and nutrition more seriously, I decided that it was time to change that.
